1. A hirer has completed an Expression of Interest Venue Hire Booking
  2. The Centre will receive a Venue Hire Email Notification will be sent. Select on Here
  3. Under Request > Current. The venue hire booking will be displayed with New and In Progress labels.  
  4. Select on Not Linked and the system will first do a look up to see if there are existing clients with matching names, email and mobile. If they already exist click on Select. 
  5. If they don't exist in your database select on Create a new client based on details from this request. 
  6. Go to Actions then select Create venue hire 
  7. In the Create Venue Hire From Enquiry display enter a buffer time, tick Create sessions and payment schedule, review Additional Information and select Add 
  8. Go to Venue Hire and select Current. Select on Edit in the venue hire booking tile. 
  9. Go to the Sessions tab, select on the Session then Update Status select on Approved then Save  
  10. Go to the Fees tab, review the Payment Schedule and select Create Invoice
