To add a new client select Main Menu then Clients, select Add Client +
Use the Search feature to see if the client already exists. The system checks both Case Management and SaaS client lists.
Select on + Add new client
In the New Client Form complete all the Required fields for DEX reporting.
Client No: Automatically generated.
Input DEX Data: Outlet (DEX org file), Intensity, Assessment Date, Worker.
Client Details: Personal details, Date of Birth (DOB), gender, consent for DSS (Required) and address.
Demographic: Birth place (required), language (required), Indigenous Status (required), and Conditions (required).
Extended Demographic Details: Homeless Indicator, Education, Employment, Income, Arrival Date.
Additional Information: English Language Skills, Interpreter, No. of Children.
Add Notes and Save: Provide any follow-up data required by staff
Client profile now has been added, continue to add information in key sections
To find this client in future select on Main Menu > Clients > Client List.

About Me, personal bio, helps you quickly grasp the client's background, relevant life experiences, and current situation, which is crucial for developing a person-centered support plan.
Issues, tags will include labels assigned through the Assessment process. These tags can be customised by the organisation.
Language, the main language spoken at home by the client.
Last contacted date is linked directly from the most recent "Session date" for that client within any of their active cases.
Comments, priority notes made in the profile will be displayed.
Case files are used to capture instances of service that lead to a distinct outcome
