A Case File acts as a container that links client and session data to location and program activity information. 


  1. Go to Main Menu, select Case Files, then Add Case File

  2. In the Open DEX Case File window enter a 

    1. DEX Case ID - DEX Case File ID - leave blank as ID will be auto-generated

    2. Outlet Activity - is defined as the physical location from where a service is primarily being delivered.

    3. Client Attendance Profile - data field to help organizations better understand the relationships between clients within a case.

    4. Name - to identify the case file 

    5. Overview - short description of the case file being created. 

    6. Project or Funding - link the case file to a specific project or funding type. 

    7. Select Add
