  1. Go to Main Menu select on DEX CM

 

  1. On the Dashboard select on Team ie. Initial Team

  1. Select on Case Files then enter name in Search and Edit

  1. Select on the Notes tab and in Case File Notes click on + Add

  1. In the Add File Note enter Title, Description, Is a Priority and Labels
