1. Go to Social Planet, then Clients click on Client List

  1. Then in the Client List >  Search Client Name or Mobile. 

Make sure clients have already been added to DEX see How to Add DEX client

  1. The select Actions click Create activity booking 


  1. In Search enter the event / course name eg Community Skills & Wellbeing Fair and select Continue Booking 

  1. In the Booking Request Form, the event is set to free. Scroll Down ↓

  1. In the Booking Status select Approved then select the sessions in the Starting from this date. Then select Continue Booking

  1. In the Booking Request Complete select Manage requests for Activity

  1. Go to the Attendance Sheet tab

  1. Then in the Session move your cursor to ೦ or select Sign-off

As shown below - 

  1. Repeat this process to book all clients into the Activity.
