Steps needed to create a Group or Program Activity in Social Planet
First Step - Create your Activity
- Go to Social Planet, Front Desk 
- Go to Activities, Add Activity 
- Enter Key Information, these fields need a required response. As its a backend booking process, copy and paste the community group title. 
- Add the Location and Contact Info 
- Enter the Session Dates 
- Enter the Start Time (Remember AM or PM) and the Duration 
- Booking Options choose Free with required booking 
IGNORE ALL OTHER FIELDS
- Enter Categories and Events to label the event 
- Select Add Activity 
- Select Go to Activity
