Steps needed to create a Group or Program Activity in Social Planet


  1. Go to Social Planet, Front Desk

  1. Go to Activities, Add Activity

  1. Enter Key Information, these fields need a required response. As its a backend booking process, copy and paste the community group title. 

  1. Add the Location and Contact Info

  1. Enter the Session Dates

  1. Enter the Start Time (Remember AM or PM) and the Duration 

  1. Booking Options choose Free with required booking 

IGNORE ALL OTHER FIELDS

  1. Enter Categories and Events to label the event

  1. Select Add Activity


  1. Select Go to Activity
