Select on your Team in the Dashboard
Select on Case File
Use Search to find an existing Case File or
Select + Add DEX case file
Enter key DEX Case File information
Select on Clients
+ Add client
Search up Participant
Enter Referral and Reason for Assistance
Select on Sessions and Add Session and enter Case Session Info
Select on the Date / Time within the Session
In Participants select + Add
Add Participant
Select on the Person’s Name
Score Individual Circumstances
Choose the key domains in Circumstances and Score
