1. In the Switch to DEX CM


  1. Select on your Team in the Dashboard

  1. Select on Case File 


  1. Use Search to find an existing Case File or 

  1. Select + Add DEX case file

  1. Enter key DEX Case File  information

  1. Select on Clients

 

  1. + Add client



  1. Search up Participant

  1. Enter Referral and Reason for Assistance

  1. Select on Sessions and Add Session and enter Case Session Info

  1. Select on the Date / Time within the Session

  1. In Participants select + Add

  1. Add Participant

  1. Select on the Person’s Name

  1. Score Individual Circumstances

  1.  Choose the key domains in Circumstances and Score
