1. Go to Main Menu, select Venue Hire then Sites and Spaces
2. If your Site hasn't been set up, select Add Site, if it the site is already there select Edit
3. Enter the Description, Street No and Address and select Is listed on provider landing page for spaces
4. Once the Site is set up select Actions then Add space
5. Enter the Space Name, reference code, description, location type (internal), enter a standing and seated capacity, floor area, floor height, floor shape and upload Floor Plan. Tick is Is listed on provider landing page for spaces, then select Add
6. Next Edit the Space.
7. Add Images to the space. Select + Add
8. Choose Image Type - Photo, Main Image or Floor Plan then select Add
9. Edit Availability to set the time when spaces will open for hires, select the Pencil.
10. Add Venue Hire pricing, tick - Available to public when booking via frontend system. See instructions
