With Social Planet, you can customise the colour-coding of your venue hire statuses, here’s how.



  1. From the Frontdesk, head to the Account header, select Calendar. 

  2. On the Settings tab, click Edit on the Resource Calendar Options panel.


  1. The Edit Resource Calendar Options window will now be open. Here, pick the colours you’d like for –


  • Approved Activity

  • Pending Activity

  • Approved Venue Hire

  • Pending Venue Hire

        4. Click Save.
