If you receive the following error in the SVTS report, take the following actions

This error occurs when a student outcome is set to 85 Not Yet Started

1. Go to Main Menu then Education select Parent Subject in the Search field enter Subject Unit Code as detailed in the Subject Enrolment Id ie 23VOCART1

2. Then Edit the Parent Subject Unit and View the Subject Unit

3. In the Enrolment pane, select the students with a Not Yet Started Outcome

4. Select Outcome then set to 70 - Ongoing, 81 - Pass, 83 - Fail
