To send a group message to participants who attended your Centre over a specific time period such as a Term or Semester. 


  1. Go to Main Menu, click on Clients, then Reports then Core Data

  1. Use the Filter by dates options Added within or Activity participation within select a time period such as a Term or Semester period, then Apply Filter 

  2. Select on Create Group 

  1. A new user group will be generated 


  1. Then select Actions to Send Group Message 




Remember to the mindful of SMS costs when sending to large numbers of people
