To provide more detail on the invoice about the venue hire arrangements. Then follow these steps
1. Go to Main Menu select Venue Hire click on Current
2. In Search enter the organisation's name and select Edit
3. Go to the Fees tab
4. In the Quote pane, select Edit
5. Use the Message appears before / after line items to include extra information on the invoice. For instance include the room number, the day of the week, and the hire duration to make it extra clear the hire arrangements.
6. Select Save
