There are two categories of venue hire – 

  • Client - Individuals hiring a space for personal events.

  • Entity - Organisations hiring a space for workshops, meetings or services. 


For Clients

  1. From the Frontdesk, head to the Clients header, click Client List.

  2. Search for the relevant client, click the Actions button on their tile, then Create Venue Hire.





For Entities

  1. From the Frontdesk, head to the Entities header, click List

  2. Find the desired entity from the list, click Create venue hire.
