Help a hirer who wants to book 2 - 3 rooms at the one time include a hire price that includes these additional rooms. Follow these steps to set up these multiroom spaces
1. Go to Main Menu select Venue Hire then Sites and Spaces
2. Select Actions in the Community Centre site pane and select Add space
3. In the Add Space window enter a Name ie. Computer Room and Multipurpose Virtual Room, Reference Code, Description and select Is a virtual location then select the spaces that you want to combine together. Select Add
4. Edit the virtual space that you've created
5. Press Add to enter your room's pricing
