Marking off the attendance roll regularly and accurately provides you with good quality data.
Printing a hard copy creates additional paperwork for admin staff. If the roll gets lost or misplaced it creates even more work. Now you can do away with paper based form altogether as trainers can login using their phones to do it themselves.
They wont see any sensitive data only information they need for the class.
Add your trainer to Social Planet select here
Assign the Trainer to their Classes
1. Go to Main Menu select Activities then click Current
2. In the Search field enter the Course Name and in the activity tile select Edit
3. In the Team tab
4. Once you've added the trainer to the class they can login
5. On the Assigned Activities pane they can select on Attendees or Sheet
6. Attendees displays all the critical info about the clients who are attending their class. They can download Emergency Plans and view Consents. Plus they can send Group Messages using the Actions button
7. On the Attendance Sheet they can mark off the Roll as required.
8. If they select Enrolments the trainer can view what documentation is required from each student
