1. Go to the Main Menu and select Staff click on List  then select Add + button
  2. Add the Trainer name, title, first name, preferred name, middle name and last name. Preferred name will be used in all correspondence with this person.
  3. Add the person’s contact information – email address, mobile no and phone number, its mandatory that they have at least one method of contact
  4. Select their Preferred Contact Method  their preferred contact method will be highlighted with a blue tag in their profile and staff tile.
  5. Enter their address details, the Street Address portion generates a Google Map
  6. Select Tick Enable client to login to Social Planet, enter a Username and Password
  7. Select Add Staff 
  8. Once the staff member is registered, select from the options – Go to Profile
  9. Go to Login pane and select Edit 
  10. Select Tick Allow login access to this organisation
  11. Enter the Password again and press Save
