- Go to the Main Menu and select Staff click on List then select Add + button
- Add the Trainer name, title, first name, preferred name, middle name and last name. Preferred name will be used in all correspondence with this person.
- Add the person’s contact information – email address, mobile no and phone number, its mandatory that they have at least one method of contact
- Select their Preferred Contact Method their preferred contact method will be highlighted with a blue tag in their profile and staff tile.
- Enter their address details, the Street Address portion generates a Google Map
- Select Tick Enable client to login to Social Planet, enter a Username and Password
- Select Add Staff
- Once the staff member is registered, select from the options – Go to Profile
- Go to Login pane and select Edit
- Select Tick Allow login access to this organisation
- Enter the Password again and press Save
