This address error commonly occurs when a student lives in an apartment / unit or SVTS has assigned a different suburb to the one Google Maps uses.
To resolve this problem, take the following actions
1. Go to Main Menu, select Clients then Client List
2. In the Search field enter the person's name
3. In the Client Tile select Edit and go to Personal Info pane then click on Edit
4. Then tick - Or specify address without using Google Maps
5. Enter the Address manually for the Client
6. Once completed go back to Education > Reports > AVETMISS and update the NAT 85 file, check there is green tick against the client name
