SVTS doesn't like hyphenated or accented student names "è" eg Mónica in the NAT file 80.
If you receive the following error in the SVTS report, take the following actions:
1. Go to Main Menu then Education select AVETMISS Reports
2. In the NAT file 00080 select the download button
3. Then in the Note Pad and find the line item to identify the students name that needs to be changed.
4. Once identified go to Client Profile > Details and change their accented name, while also moving their accented name ie Mónica to the Preferred Name field.
