This error occurs as subject units don't have a valid location, take the following actions

1. Go to Main Menu select Education then Settings

2. Go to the Delivery Location pane and check that your location has a valid address, if not then update

3. Then go to Education then Subject Units select Edit Subject Unit

4. Go to Basic Info pane and check the location select Edit and in the Delivery Location select the training location
