Enrolments (NAT 12), Subject Enrolment Identifier has changed Print

This error occurs when changing the details of enrolments from previous SVTS uploads. Enrolments done in a previous AVETMISS software product.

If you receive the following error in the SVTS report, take the following actions

1. Go to Main Menu then Education select Parent Subject in the Search field enter Subject Unit Code

2. Once the Parent and Subject Tile is displayed select Edit

3. In the Subject Units pane find the subject unit and select View

4. In the Enrolments pane, go to each individual students enrolment by selecting View

5. In the Enrolment Status pane select Edit

6. Then delete the Subject Enrolment Identifier field (as Social Planet will replace it with a system generated identifier) and select Save
