Go to Main Menu, then Clients, select Client List
In the Client List enter the Client’s Name in the Search Fields
Select the Actions Button above the Client Tile and click on Create Activity Booking
The Create Booking Request window will be displayed, enter the event name in the Search field, review the attendee capacity for the event, then select the Continue Booking button
Client Details pane will display the client’s name and contacts. If you need to review their information, select the profile button. Use the drop down Recent Bookings ˅ to view what other activities/events they’ve been booked into.
Activity Details pane will display the activity title, if you need to review the activity select the View button.
The pane details the first session date/time, the Total places available and the Remaining places available.
If it’s a pre-accredited training class select Enrolments ˅ The client's student profile will need to be reviewed so it is up-to-date
Once approved the following enrolments will need to be created. The subject unit will be displayed, click to view the unit.

Select the Sessions ˅ to view the number of sessions allocated to this activity.
Select the Recent Bookings ˅ to view all the previous bookings made to this activity.
Booking Request Form pane choose the ticket from Package Selection ie Adult, Concession and the Ticket Price, Client Funds ie if the client has any credit available and the Sub-Total, GST and Total will be displayed.
Select Payment Method choose Bank Transfer, Cash, Cheque Credit Card - offline Debit Card, EFT, Payment Plan, Invoice, Other, Not Required
Credit Card - online enter the Card Number, enter the Credit Card Type – Master Card or Visa, enter the Expiry Date, enter the Security Code – three digits on the back of the card. Enter the Name on the Credit Card, Enter the person’s residential address.
If it is Invoice, select Invoice using Social Planet or Third party invoicing system. If the client has a Biller select from the drop down list.
From the Booking Status, select from
In Progress, further action required, activity session dates have not been assigned.
Place on Waitlist, activity sessions have not been assigned
Approved, payment has been accepted, then
Select allocate client to all available sessions, use the drop-down list to select session dates.
12. Select the Complete Booking button
Booking Request Complete Page will be appear, review the booking to ensure the client’s contact details, payment method, and session allocation is correct.
Select the Manage Requests Button to be taken to the Requests Page where you can view all clients that have booked into the activity.
