At your centre you will be running multiple venue hires and classes. By using the Sessions view, you can view all groups or individuals using your spaces at a glance. 



  1. From the Frontdesk, head to the Venue Hire header, select Sessions

  2. The Venue Space Allocation page will be displayed. Here, venue sessions can either displayed in

    • Card view

    • Calendar view

    • Table view

  3. Both activity sessions and venue hire sessions will be displayed. 

  4. In Card view, you can filter by Date and Location. To filter by date, use the Date Filter.


  1. To filter by Location, tick the desired rooms to be seen through the Sites and Spaces filter.


  1. Click Apply Filter.

  2. In Calendar view, you can swap between MonthWeek or Day view, sessions are colour coded based on Venue Space colour selection.


  1. Clicking on a session will bring up a panel with – 

    • Contact info.

    • Short description.

    • Edit button to open the venue hire.
