Save time by sending students a pre-enrolment email so they can complete and online form with all the ACFE mandatory fields prior to the course commencing. First ensure the ACFE subject unit is linked to the Class and the student has been booked into the Class. 


Now you are ready to send pre-enrolment emails to students 

1. Go to the Requests in the Activity Summary page, use Search to find the Student

2.  In the client tile go to go to the Actions button and click on Send enrolment email




3. The person will receive Student pre-enrolment notification email



4. Student completes the VET enrolment form, contains all the mandatory VET fields for AVETMISS reporting. 




5. Once completed by the student in the client tile under Enrolments select View, select Compare to view previous enrolment information.
