Save time by sending students a pre-enrolment email so they can complete all the ACFE mandatory fields online prior to the course commencing.
First add an ACFE parent subject and subject unit. For more information select here
Then link your ACFE Class to the Subject Unit.
1. On the Details tab in the Activity Summary page
2. Scroll down to the Subject Link pane
3. Select the Link button
4. The Update Subject Link window will be displayed, select the subject from the drop-down list and link the Subject to the Class.
Now you are ready to send pre-enrolment emails to students
5. Go to the Requests in the Activity Summary page
6. In the Search field enter the student’s name or scroll down and find the student tile
7. Go to the Actions button
8. Click on Pre-Enrolment Email
9. A pre-enrolment email message will be displayed under Enrolments once the student has completed the form a View icon will be displayed. Submitted data will show difference between the data in the enrolment compared wit their existing profile.
When a student completes the online enrolment form
12. Go to Main Menu, select Education, click on Enrolments
13. In the Search Field type in the Client’s name and the Enrolment Tile will appear.
14. Select the Edit button to review and update the Client’s Enrolment fields
15. Select the Edit button to update the Enrolment Status
