To keep your activity attendees up-to-date with activity changes, use the group message feature.
- From the Frontdesk, head to the Activities header, click Current and then Edit on the activity of your choice.
- Select the Attendees tab, on the right-hand side of the screen, click the Actions button, then Send Group Message.
- The Send Group Message page will now be open.
- Follow the instructions provided on this webpage.
- If you wish to Delay sending a message until a specified date/time, tick this box, then add a reminder reason for scheduling the message.
- Press Send, and voila!
