This guide explains how to list and promote a course provided by an external partner (such as an RTO) when your Centre is not responsible for managing the registrations or bookings.


Create Activity 


  1. Add the Activity. See article - How to Create a Social Planet Activity



Review and improve Event Promotion Content


  1. In the Details tab go to Basic Info and Edit 

  2. Review the Information you’ve entered. In the Description use the formatting tools to ensure the content is well structured. 

  3. Add duration at the bottom under - Upcoming Dates - Select ‘Show a Custom Date’ and enter the date and time

  4. Then select Save


Enter Community Group Partner


  1. In the Details tab go to Add Partnership.  See article - Assigning an organisational partnership to an activity

  2. Choose the Entity from the Dropdown List

  3. Enter Partnership Role or Level related to the Dromana Association

  4. Enter a Description

  5. Upload the Community Group logo

  6. Mark - Is visible to the public


Reporting Impact

  1. In the Details tab go to Features and Other Labels select Edit 

  2. In the Reporting field enter a label eg. Partner

  3. Select Save


Publishing 

  1. Select Edit on the Publishing panel to update publishing information.

  2. Select a Publish Status of Closed as we’re NOT taking bookings 

  3. Enter a Start and End Date / Time. 

  4. Choose Activity Period, choose Term 2

  5. Select Save


Contact Message

  1. Select the Settings tab

  2. In the Guide pane select Edit Pricing Info

  3. Enter the Community Group contact name in Bookings Closed Heading

  4. Enter in Bookings Closed Details the contact details of the person

  5. Select Save
