Requesting students to complete the Learner Plan and Learner Review as a way to collect and track the learner’s goals, expectations and reflections essential as a Learn Local provider in meeting the Pre- Accredited Quality Framework. 


  1. Go to Main Menu select  Education then  Planning

  1. Select Learner Access then filter by Term / Semester

  1. In the Available classes pane select on <  to move over to Access Enabled for Classes

  1. Select on the P for the Learning Plan or R for Learning Review (it will appear Green).Then select on Public access link

  1. You can paste the URL on to a web page on a tablet or ask students to scan the QR Code. 

  1. Search for the Activity or Day the class is scheduled for.  Then select on class name

  2. The Student (or Tutor) can select on the Learner Plan

  1. The student is prompted to enter their year of birth 

           9. The Learner Plan is available for the student to enter their information

     10. Once the student completes the Learner Review at the end of the class. A-Frame student data is ready.  

11. Go to Education Reports and Student A-frame Review or Summary

            12. Review the data and select CSV
