• Go back to Main Menu, select Clients then Client List type in the Clients name in the Search Bar

  • Then go to Actions select Create Activity Booking

  • Enter the Activity Name in Search and select Continue Booking select on the Starting Date

  • On the right hand side,  Booking Request Form, scroll down to Booking Status select Approved and keep selected Allocate client to all available sessions and select Starting from this date a commencement date.

  • Select Complete Booking

  • In the Booking Request Complete select Manage requests for activity

  •  In the Request tab the person's details will appear as a client tile which details the date / time the booking was made. A Profile link to their client records, their contact details, the activity name, ticket selection, the allocated sessions, payment information and actions that need to be taken. 


  •  In the Attendance Sheet, mark off the person from the attendance roll

  • Select on the O and mark the person's attendance

  • Save time by booking multiple clients with the Rollover Feature, ideal for activities where clients continue from Term to Term or from Program to Program
