1. When an activity has been created, you will be taken to the Detailstab
2. In Publishing it will set to Draft the Activity Period is defaulted to the Term Period it was created in. Before you Publish the Activity you need to make the following changes.

3. Go to the Sessions tab and count the sessions
4. Go to the Settings tab
5. In the Ticket Package Edit and change to reflect the number of sessions
6. In Edit Package change the number of sessions to 6 if the activity is only for internal clients select Backend only if its for the General Public to book in select Public and Backend then Save
7. Select + Add Ticket
8. In Add Ticket change the Ticket Type to Free and enter the Name Free and select This ticket should be default selection when making a booking. Then select Add
9. Go to the Details tab and in Publishing select Edit
10. For Internal clients select the Publish Status Private then select Save
