Profile consents are a critical part of managing client information ethically and compliantly within Social Planet. They ensure that your organization has explicit permission to collect, store, and use a client's personal data, aligning with privacy regulations and best practices.


1. When you first add a new client. By selecting on Clients then Add Client 

2. To add these consents once you've created the client profile. Go to Clients then Client List, search up their Name and then select Edit


3. Select on the Consents the person agrees too. Remember you may need formal evidence of their consent, which you can upload in the Client Files tab. 



4. The consent information will be displayed in the Activity Attendee tab and Attendance Sheet
