Steps needed to add a staff member into Social Planet, a login into the platform and assigning them to a DEX Case Management Team. 






  1. Go to the SaaS platform, then Staff, and Add Staff +

  1. In Roles select Staff

  1. Enter Staff and Contact Information

  2. Select Login

  1. Go to Staff then Staff List and Enter Staff Name

  2. On their Staff Profile tile, select Actions > Change Roles

  1. In the Staff Roles window, select Case Manager



GO TO DEX CM


  1. Select Team ie. Initial Team on the Dashboard

  2. Go to Account then Team

  1. Select on the View icon
