When participants book programs and activities online, the booking form is a critical touchpoint. While it's essential to present important policies and consent information, lengthy text can often create a cluttered and intimidating experience. This article outlines the benefits of using hyperlinks for your booking policies, enhancing both user experience and administrative best practices. 




1. Go to Main Menu select Account then Policies 



2. Create a Google Doc or Word Doc with your policy



3. Then create a PDF Document File




4. Create a Share Link in Google Drive or Microsoft 365 ensure the link is set to a Viewer Status 



5. Edit the Privacy Policy in the Statement section


  • Bold the section of text that you want the person to view
  • Highlight the text eg. Privacy Policy then select the hyperlink icon 
  • Ensure the link has https://



6. Review how the hyperlink appears on the Activity Booking Page.
