When you clone a Class or Event, the activity will not have registered the Activity Year and Period which results in the Activity not appearing as an item when you do a future Activities > Current filter Search 


1. Remember when cloning a Class or Event, Edit the Publishing Pane and add the Activity Year and Period



2. If you cannot find the Activity in Activities > Current. Then go to Activities > Current Sessions and select on the Cog and then Cal. 



3. Select on the Month view to make it easier to find the Cloned Activity



4. Find the Activity, select Edit and then update the Activity Year and Period in the Publishing Pane.
