1. Go to Main Menu select on Clients then Client List, enter the person's name in Search. 


2. Select on Actions then select Create Activity Booking


3.  In Search enter the Activity Name in the Create Booking Request and select Continue.


4. In the Booking Request section, select on Invoice as a Payment Method



5.  Select on Approved for the Booking Status and Allocate client to all available sessions. Then select Complete Booking



6. Select on Manage Requests for Activity


7. In the Client tile on the Request tab, select on the Tax Invoice unissued.



8. Then select on Issue and if required change the Issue Date and Due Date and select Issue. 



9. The Invoice will now be issued with an Invoice Reference Number. Select on Pay Options 




10. Select on the Payment Method, then adjust the Amount to what the person is paying and Record Payment



11. The Invoice will record a partial payment 



12. When the person makes another payment. Go to Main Menu, then Payments select on Invoices and go to the Issue tab. Use Search to look up the person. Then select View


13. Select on Pay Invoice and record additional payments.
