Internal Codes to differentiate between ACFE Subject Units Print

Internal codes can be applied when delivering a Learn Local course multiple times in a Term.

1. Go to Main Menu, select on Parent Subject, enter the Course Name in Search and select Edit.

2. In the Subject Unit pane, select Add.

3. In the Internal Code, enter a code such as the day of the week, or AM / PM to make it easier to differentiate between each subject.

4. Once the Subject Unit has been added the Internal Code/Name helps you to differentiate between each Class.

5. When linking a Class to a Subject Unit, the Internal Code appears.
