Changing Computer class funding codes from ACE to AC2 Print

Digital skills classes have a different funding code compared with pre-accredited training. Follow these steps.

1. Go to Main Menu select Education then Parent Subjects, enter in the Search bar the course name, Select Edit

2. Identify the unit and select View

3. In the Details section of the Subject Unit select Edit

4. Scroll down to Default State Funding and change to AC2, press Save

5. In the Enrolment pane select on the Student tick box and scroll down to the button.

6. Then select Set Funding and change the funding to AC2.
