Learner plans and reviews are central documents that students need to complete as required under the Pre-accredited Quality Framework (PQF). This can be done online by a student with the assistance of a trainer.
1. Go to Main Menu then select on Activities then Current.
2. Enter the course name in Search, then in the activity tile select Edit
3. Go to the Learner Tab and in the Enrolment Data pane in the Aframe select on the arrow
4. Select View online plan form and if you want to send the student the form. Copy and paste the url into an email and send to the student
5. The student completes the Learner Plan and Learner Review documents
6. Once the student has completed the Learner Plan and Review. There will be green dots appear showing the documents are completed. To view the information submitted by the student select on Edit
7. The Learner Plan and Learner Reviews will be displayed. It will show the course name, student name, the trainers name and the date the form was completed. The forms can be edited.
