1. Go to Education, then Reports and select on AVETMISS Beta



2. Ensure all your AVETMISS data is validated, a green tick must appear in the status in each NAT file entry


3. Check that each NAT file is populated. For example NAT 20 Delivery Location. Select on the refresh button for the system to update the location 



4.  Select the Download tab and select on Download 



5. Agree to properly handle the data that is being downloaded as it contains sensitive information about students 


6. The 10 NAT files will be downloaded on to your PC as a ZIP File 


7. Review the Download Summary, no of clients, scheduled hours, subsidised and fee for service hours 


8. Review the no of enrolments, concessional and the student outcomes set for enrolments. 

9.  Open the ZIP file on your desktop 


10. Open the ZIP folder and copy all 10 NAT files on to your Desktop or Shared Drive and create a SVTS folder 



11. Login to SVTS on your Chrome or Microsoft Edge Browser. Then go to Data Transfer and to Upload Files 

12. Then Upload Data Files. Remember not to drag files instead click to select files for upload



13. Then select on certify and approve the files 



14. Select on Here in the Validation Summary. 


15.  It can take 3 - 5 minutes for SVTS to validate your NAT file data. Use the refresh icon on your browser to quickly see if your data has been approved. Keep refreshing the browser until you receive a status of Completed in the Validation History Report. 



16. If you receive Errors it means the uploaded data hasn't been accepted by SVTS. Warnings mean the data can be improved, but is accepted by SVTS.  Best practice is to correct all Warnings and Errors. Select on Outcomes to receive a Validation Report. 



17.  In the Validation History select on View Errors/Warnings by Type



18. In the Validation Type, select on the + icons to expand the report, expand to show description and the distinct errors and warning types. Select on the Disk icon and download as a CSV file.  Fix the errors and then download a fresh set of NAT files from Social Planet and then upload into SVTS. Repeat steps 4 - 17


19. Once there are no errors and warnings (this is optional) then the data has been accepted by SVTS. Please note when uploading to AVETMISS data, your NAT files have to meet 229 validation rules and goes three validation processes, so it can take time to resolve all the errors. 


Once completed remember to go back to Social Planet. Main Menu > Education > Reports > AVETMISS beta. 


Select on Download tab and on click on the Download label and change from Download label to Success label as a way to track successful upload reports.
