Contact Social Planet to activate this feature. Pro Rata will result in the ticket price being divided by the number of sessions specified in the package = individual session price.

Important note - the prorated calculation is based on the number of sessions set in the package and not the actual number of sessions in the activity. So if you add or remove sessions to the activity and don’t adjust the package sessions the calculation may not be correct.

  1. In the Main Menu select Activities then select Current, enter the activity name in Search and  Edit the activity card.
  2. In the Activity Summary go to the Settings tab then Edit the Booking Settings and under Purchase Choice, select Person only pays for all remaining sessions
  3. In the Ticket Packages pane, select +Add Package
  4. Enter the number of sessions in package. Tick Package is visible to the public for online bookings. Recommend only having one Ticket Package.
  5. Select +Add Ticket to add a priced ticket for this package. All tickets available to the booking form will be prorated. When the booking form loads it will automatically calculate and show the prorated price of each ticket in the pricing table

If you have a Come & Try Ticket, create a separate ticket package and ticket for this single session
