Here’s how to ensure a key staff member is notified when a new activity booking has been made.


  1. From the Frontdesk, head to the Accounts header, click Settings and then the Requests tab.

  2. In Booking Requests Settings, click +Add, and fill in the email of the relevant staff member.



  1. This staff member’s email now appears under the Send a copy of booking requests to these email addresses header, and will receive email notifications of new booking requests.
