1. To find the booking section from the Frontdesk, select Current under the Activities tab, and click Edit on the activity of your choice. This will take you to the activity summary tabs. 

  2. Click the Settings tab and select the Edit button on the Booking Settings pane.

  3. Select the Booking Process Type you think is best for your activity. 

    1. Submit expression of interest” if it is a free activity with no tickets issued.   Video time 0 - 6:46 

    2. Free with required booking” allows clients to reserve a place in an activity without payment. Video time 6:47 - 10:26 

    3. “Simple Booking” allows for basic or ACFE enrolment for exclusively credit card payments, which will be automatically charged. Video time 15:31 - 20:07  

    4. Booking after confirmation”. This option allows staff to manually complete the client’s booking and enrollment. Payment methods include credit card and other payments. Staff may change the card after booking approval Video time 10:27 - 15:30

  4. Choose an Enrolment Type 

    1. “Basic Enrolment”, clients must complete basic profile information such as their name and contact method. 

    2. “ACFE or VET Enrolment”, clients must complete the mandatory VET fields for AVETMISS reporting.
