Event Name, Location and Date

Your event’s name, location, and date are the three most crucial pieces of information you need to get your event page up and running.

To get your event noticed, keep the name under 75 characters, and incorporate keywords to improve search results.

Event Images

Make sure your event image faithfully demonstrates your event experience. If the image isn’t accurate, you may set the wrong expectations for an attendee. Make sure not to leave your event image empty!

Make sure to choose a high-resolution photo with a 2:1 ratio. Your image file should be no larger than 5MB and not contain text.

Event Description and Other Details

Include a thorough description of your event and its desired audience. Spell out exactly why someone should attend your event. What will attendees experience or learn? Keep it brief— your goal is to show why your event is relevant and valuable ASAP.
