Check how many hours your Centre's rooms are being used for hires and activities.
Report on
Venue Hire Hours - The number of hours a space was assigned for venue hire usage.
Activity Usage Hours - The number of hours a space was assigned for class/event usage.
Activity Participation Hours - The number of hours a person participated in a class/event run at a specific space.
1. Go to Main Menu, select Venue Hire, then Reports
2. Select Hours
3. Use the Date Filter to determine the time range for the report
4. The Hours by Space will be displayed, listing the Site, Space, Venue Hire Hours, Activity Usage Hours, Activity Participation Hours
5. Select on the CSV to download the data
