The  emergency contact person can appear on the attendance sheet 


  1. Add the emergency contact to a client profile.  Go to Main Menu > Client List > Search Client and then Edit profile 

  2. In the Emergency and Alternative Contacts pane select + Add Contact enter emergency details 

  3. Once clients have been booked into an Activity go to the Attendance Sheet 

  4. Select Show Emergency Contacts and then Update 

  5. The Emergency contacts will appear below the Attendances

            6. Select PDF to print out a copy for trainers
