We've Improved the layout for greater visibility on clients and enrolment stats with this reporting feature.
1. Go to Main Menu, select Education then Reports
2. Select AVETMISS beta
3. The reporting panel displays
Reporting Year - select from calendar years
Courses tab - NAT files 10, 20, 60 and 30
Students tab - NAT files 80, 85, 90 and 100
Enrolments tab - NAT files 120 and 130
Download tab - create AVETMISS Files
Select the Download button to create your NAT files for the AVETMISS report
Agree to the data handling requirements set by your organisation and select Download
The table displays the status - click to change
- D - Download
- U - Upload
- S - Success
- F - Fail
Downloaded by shows the time stamp and the staff member who completed the action
Clients - total number of unique students
Enrolments - total number of enrolments
E-Subsidised the number of enrolments that are funded
E - Full Fee, enrolments where the student has paid for the full cost
E- Concession, number of students that have a recognised concession
Pro tip -When you've successfully completed an upload, check the SVTS summary report to ensure no of clients, enrolments, and concessions matches with Social Planet's SVTS data table.
View the history of your AVETMISS downloads
The Courses tab displays NAT 10 Training Organisation, NAT 20 Delivery Location, NAT 60 Subject Unit files.
Use the refresh symbol to update the NAT file with the most recent changes
Use the download symbol to download the individual NAT file
In the Students tab view
NAT 80 - Clients file, review each students status, resolve outstanding VET enrolment fields by selecting on the number.
Select on the eye to review a students course enrolments
NAT 85 - Client Postal Details file, resolve outstanding address issues
NAT 100 - Client Prior Educational Achievements file, resolve outstanding address issues
NAT 90 - Client Disabilities file, resolve outstanding address issues
In the Enrolments tab review
NAT 120 - Training Activities resolve outstanding educational outcome issues
