Security is of paramount importance. When your account has been first set up and you've received a password for your login.

You have two options

Send reset password to your email

1. Login to Social Planet and select I've forgotten my password

2. Then enter your Username and a password reset password will be sent to your email

Update your password through your staff profile

1. Go to Main Menu, select Staff, then Staff List

2. Select Edit on your staff account

3. In the Profile tab, scroll down to the Login pane, press Edit

4. Then enter your new Password and select Save

5. Plus you can change your username, ensure you keep selected Allow login access to this organisation and select Save
