Follow these steps to complete an AVETMISS Upload


1. Ensure all your AVETMISS data is validated, a green tick must appear in the status in each NAT file entry




2.  Select the Download All for the NAT files to be downloaded as a Zip file on the task bar



3. Open the Zip folder on the Taskbar




4. Copy all the NAT files and paste them in a folder within your Computer / Network Drive 


5. Login to your SVTS account, select Data Transfer and Upload Files

5.  Next login to the Skills Victoria Training System provider login portal. Click here 

6. Click to select files to upload files (DO NOT USE THE DRAGGING METHOD AS THIS WIPES THE DATA) then tick the certify and acknowledgement buttons

7. When the data has been uploaded a validation message will appear  

8. The validation process takes a couple of minutes, refresh your browser, for the status to change from In Progress to Completed

9. Check for Error Messages eg. 1 this means the the SVTS upload was not successful. Select on Outcome

10. Select on View Errors/Warnings by Type

 

11. Within the Validation Errors Report select the (+) to expand the report to show the details of the error. Use the instructions to fix the error in Social Planet. Complete the Upload process again.
