When you've booked a participant into a  class its valuable to send them a confirmation message 


1. On the Request tab in the Activity



2. First ensure that their booking status is marked Approved go to the client tile  Actions button in the Client tile select Update Status 


3 In the Update Status window select Done and Approved 



4. Go to the client tile select Actions then select Send confirmation email  



5. The client will receive the following system generated email
