Wanting to create an activity where individuals can book a specific session time. Ideal if you’re running a Santa Photoshoot
1. Go to Main Menu select Activities click on Add Activity
2. In Key Information section, Capacity add the total number of people who can attend
3. In the Booking Option section, Booking Method select Simple Booking
4. Once the activity is created go to the Sessions tab, click on + Add Sessions
5. In the Add Session window in the Duration add the time
6. Select all the sessions by clicking on
7. Select the Override Capacity and enter 1 in the Capacity field
8. In the Settings tab select edit the Booking Settings
9. Under the Purchase Options select Person can pay for individual sessions
10. Go to the Ticket Package, keep it to 1 session and add a ticket price
11. Go to the Details tab publish the Activity
12. In the Booking Page, participants can book their date and time
