Adding website links ie jot forms to your activity description page Print

You want to link an online form or website to your activity page.

1. First create your activity, go here

2. In the Details tab go to the Basic Info pane and select Edit

3. In the Description select the link icon

4 The formatting should be: [name of link](actual link here)

4. Now if you preview the Activity Page you will see the link under the name
